Prospective and Established Adopters If you live in the UK and are thinking about adopting from overseas for the first time, or you are adopting again, you will find many IAC services relevant to you. Visit our publications site and on line bookshop, read about our Information Days for you and your family. If your local authority, or your voluntary adoption agency subscribes to IAC (check the list here), our Preparation Courses will be available to you as well. If you are a UK national living overseas and thinking about adoption we may also be able to answer some of your queries. We also offer a service to established adoptive families. Adoption Professionals If you are an adoption professional within a local authority or voluntary adoption agency that subscribes to IAC, there is now a Subscriber Only section from which you can download country information booklets and other publications. Keep up to date with intercountry adoption news and with IAC services, check out course dates and refer your applicants electronically. You can also email your queries direct to us. If you are an adoption professional and your organisation does not subscribe to IAC, you may still be able to benefit from some IAC services, so visit the Professional Services page. |
